* Tue 19th March 2024 – BBPlan Committee
– Face to face meeting, 7.30pm in Orange Tree pub, in the Snug
– Discuss how to further publicise BBPlan, and how to gain more committee members.
– Discuss the role of BBPlan now that Urban&Civic are progressing their plans for the Baldock sites.
– Continue to review Planning Applications for the local area.

– Discuss Urban&Civic planning consultations and latest proposals.
– Discuss Lichfield Group survey request for response to their Baldock Town questions. Response to be sent back by Fri 8th March 2024.

2023
* Wed 15th November 2023 – BBPlan and U&C (virtual meeting)
– Discuss Urban&Civic planning consultations and latest proposals with Paul Mumford.
– School types & Locations discussed. Still to be resolved
– Traffic Management proposals discussed – no Left Turn at Whitehorse St lights, and single file traffic under railway bridge. Still to be decided.

– Phil Hills (PH) – there will be a seperate presentation by Urban&Civic in Ashwell.
– PH – lots of problems for Bygrave Road identified during Solar Farm construction.
– NHDC Planning meeting on 27th July to discuss Solar Farm Application.
– Road Sign by Salisbury Road saying 7.5 ton limit on Bygrave Road.

– General Catch-up, discuss Urban&Civic consultations, and Forum meetings (Community & Members).

– Following the discussions at the AGM about road access to the Land East of Rhee Spring (BA4) development, the committee discussed their response to the consultation.
* Thurs 24th June, 2021 – BBPlan Committee (virtual) meeting & AGM
– A virtual AGM was held on Thurs 24th June, during which nominees for the 2021/22 Committee were be elected. The June AGM 2021 update presentation was used to guide the AGM discussions. An additional member was elected, and the Chairman changed.
– Further actions needed were discussed following the successful Referendum Vote on May 6th 2021 when the BBPlan Neighbourhood Plan was accepted.
